🎃 Annual Community Halloween Party & Trunk-or-Treat! 👻
Hi everyone!

We will be having our annual Halloween Party on Friday, October 30, 2026, from 4:00–5:00 PM! 🎃

We would love for our community to join in on the fun by participating in a Trunk-or-Treat at the end of everyone’s driveways! After the party, the kids can head out and trick-or-treat from 5:00–6:00 PM. 🍬🍫

We’re hoping to have lots of decorated trunks and lots of Halloween fun for everyone! 👻

Please RSVP so we can get an accurate headcount and know how many trunks to expect.

We can’t wait to celebrate Halloween with our community! 🎃🧡

Please comment below to RSVP and let us know if you’ll be bringing a trunk!

🛠️ September Home Tip: Get Fall-Ready in 5 Quick Checks! 🍂🏡

As the seasons begin to change, a few simple maintenance tasks can help keep your home comfortable, efficient, and ready for cooler weather.

Here are 5 quick checks you can tackle this weekend:

✅ Inspect your home's skirting for any gaps or damage.
✅ Check window and door caulking to help keep drafts out.
✅ Test your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
✅ Give your water heater and exposed pipes a quick inspection before colder nights arrive.
✅ Trim back shrubs, branches, and plants that are touching your home.

Just 15 minutes of preventative maintenance today can help you avoid costly repairs later and keep your home in great shape all season long.
