🚛💨 This morning, one of our partners called with a truck down in the middle of a run at their local landfill. When your equipment stops, your operation stops — and every minute matters.

Once on site, our technician hooked up our dealer-level PACCAR diagnostic software and found CAN communication faults with the engine. At first glance, it looked like a simple blown inline fuse in the battery box.
But instead of replacing the fuse and sending the driver back out only to have the same issue happen again, our tech kept digging. 🔍
After a more thorough inspection, we found the real problem: a metal bar had been kicked up while driving through the landfill and damaged the engine harness.
Our technician repaired the damaged harness right there on site, replaced the fuse, verified everything with PACCAR software, and had the truck back up and running in no time. ✅
