I spent 40 minutes on the phone with Great Lakes energy today with a customer service person from Tru Stream was answering the phone on the weekend and expressed my concern about the businesses that were left without power on the stretch of US 31 just south of Charlevoix , which includes my business South Point Collision. He assured me that he would pass on the word that there was roughly 185 employees left without work all last week and we’re facing another week of not having power. The representative at great lakes, energy sought out the correct people and they dispatched crews out and got all our businesses powered up within six hours of my phone call. I would like to thank Great Lakes energy their crews and all the workers that are busting their butts to get things back to normal and for working on a Saturday and getting the power back on to assure that many employees can go back to work on Monday. Great job guys we all appreciate your hard work and your dedication

This will initiate your claims process, enabling us to submit the estimate to your insurance company for approval, order parts, and schedule your vehicle for repairs.
