The U.S. Coast Guard recently terminated an illegal charter in Charleston Harbor after a 47 foot vessel carried 18 passengers for hire without the proper authorization.

Sacred Waters Burials at Sea is operated by USCG credentialed 100 ton captains. Our attended ash scattering services are limited to six guests per vessel, take place at least three nautical miles offshore, and include the required EPA filing, exact coordinates, a memorial certificate, and video of the ceremony.
Unattended services are $900.
Attended services for up to six guests are $1,200.
