Season's Greetings, !
We are thrilled to invite the Charleston MINI Club group members to join us for the 2024 City of Charleston Holiday Parade on Saturday, December 7th, starting at 3:00 PM! This is a wonderful opportunity for us to celebrate the holiday season and show our community spirit together.
Event Details:
Meeting Time: Please arrive at our designated meeting spot by 1:45 PM for check-in and decoration.
Check-in Deadline: All preparations must be completed by 2:00 PM.
Parade Rules
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please adhere to the following rules:
No items, including candy, may be thrown or given out from vehicles. Handouts must be distributed by walkers along the parade route.
Participants should keep the parade moving; stopping for performances is not allowed.
Riders must remain seated in vehicles and cannot exit until reaching the end of the route.
All riders must be seated during the parade.
Drivers must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and have current automobile insurance.
Adhere to all state and city laws regarding vehicle operation.
Holiday Theme
Bring your holiday spirit! Please DO NOT dress as Santa Claus, as he will be the Grand Marshal of the parade.
If you’ve never experienced a parade from the inside, you’re in for an exhilarating treat! Being part of the action and feeling the energy of the crowd is an unforgettable experience.
We are accepting responses from the first 5 members who express interest in joining us, with a maximum of 10 participants in our lineup (we currently have 5). If you would like to participate and haven't received an email invitation, please message the Club or one of the Administrators to secure your spot. Please respond by December 6th so we can send you all necessary details!
