After spending time in both the food and beverage industry and office life, Ryan was ready for something completely different.

Believe it or not, Joe's automotive career started as a customer. He came to Gerald's with his mom to get new tires and, despite knowing very little about cars at the time, became fascinated by the work happening around him. Before long, he joined the team, where John and his son Alex helped teach him everything from the ground up. Today, Joe enjoys continuing to learn and grow in a career he never expected to find.

Meet Alexander! One of the biggest milestones in his life recently has been buying a new home with his family. While he's excited to make it his own, one of the best parts has been watching his daughter get excited about every new project along the way.

Dakota has been with Gerald's for about six months and still remembers one of his very first lessons on the job. Gerald taught him how to use the wheel balancer, giving him a great introduction to the hands-on training new team members receive here. Since then, Dakota has continued building his skills and enjoys learning something new every day.
