Surf, race, Freeride, it’s got ya covered.

Designed to be used with OEM 155 nozzles, the Raptor FR offers great performance, perfect fit, versatility, and unmatched quality, at an affordable price point.

This billet trim is based off of our successful Raptor/Velociraptor design, and features an all billet ring and arm, replaceable tight tolerance pivot bushings, and is 100% all inclusive. Just add your reduction nozzle and send it!

The hardware/bolts/cables/bushings are the same quality parts we’ve been using since 2018. This trim is as smooth as a baby’s butt! The tolerances/bushings add a smoothness/feel that you have to feel to appreciate.

This trim has been designed to use our custom steering nozzle, which is manufactured as a carbon fiber/thermoplastic blend, giving it incredible strength and durability, perfect fit, and a very affordable, price point. It was designed in house with an absolute minimum of clearance between the trim ring, and steering nozzle, sealing off any water leakage, and thus offering better steering performance and efficiency. Freeride guys (and girls ;)) will love it for the increased spin rate/capabilities. Racers will benefit from almost zero lost thrust when turning, meaning more thrust and faster laps! Due to the internal pivot bolts, the steer nozzle fits closely to the ring, and matches the profile, thus greatly improving performance. It also fits the stock reduction with ZERO modifications or grinding! (You will need to add a stop if desired, although in most applications, it is not needed. Please reach out with questions on this)

*How much trim does it have? Almost 24 degrees on a 5 degree oem nozzle. This is more than plenty, and more than we ran for years with almost every other system on the market, until the new billet double backflip trims came out. Previously 18 to 20° was more than enough and all anyone ever wanted or needed. Unless you’re doing doubles, that’s still the case.

This is an affordable option that has the same quality hardware, linkages, and craftsmanship as a Velociraptor, and will provide 85 to 90% of the turn performance, and identical, trim performance, at about a third of the price.

Raptor FR 144, new and improved!

We took our 144 FR kit, and added our custom designed steering nozzle, for a perfect ring/nozzle combo. No voids or channels to fill, tight tolerances, and pressed in bushings add performance and value to this kit. This design virtually eliminates blow by, for improved steering performance, with buttery smooth bushings and no drag from sealing rubbers! Additionally, there are no clamps to lose, and no l**e is required! This is the ultimate bang for your buck trim kit for your 144/148-based platform.

This kit uses the same geometry and the same hardware as the Velociraptor, making it super smooth, super durable, and an incredible value. Utilizing the same hardware and controls allow us to keep the price down, and to keep parts in stock!

List price, with our proprietary steering nozzle, is $649, and includes all SS hardware, cable, lever, and linkages.

Did we mention it can be configured for a drop orientation for SJ/blaster race setups? That’s right, simply swap the arm from top to bottom in the ring, and invert the cable bracket, and your trim switches from “up” to “down/drop”, in less time than it takes you to ask “what does it weigh” or “how much oil do I run”.

*If using for drop, a template to cut the notch in your steering nozzle will be provided. Bolt on, swing/scribe, and cut. Perfect fit every time.

*Because this trim was designed around 62T nozzles, it DOES NOT add length to the OAL of the nozzle. Meaning, for B1 Sport Spec guys, if your pump is setback 2” with T nozzles, this system will maintain those dimensions and your boat should stay Sport Spec legal.

*How much trim does it have? Enough! (Hope to have a video in the not too distant future in Becca’s Helium with stock cylinder/cases, doing some flips 🙂.) In all seriousness, this unit offers as much as any of the traditional 144 trims, with better fit/performance/quality. To keep the cost low, and to keep this unit from changing pump length, we had to make some production decisions, which I won’t get into here, (gotta keep a little bit secret), but suffice to say we got as much as we could without a drastic price increase. It’s plenty, and what everyone used for years before $1300 plus billet systems came out. That said, some minor grinding for those of you with little p*e p*es that want to brag to your buddies about “my ski has “x” amount of trim bro”, will net you a nice increase with very, very minimal work. If you want/need the best, no compromise system, and can hide the cost from your SO/girlfriend/wife, or risk sleeping on the couch for a month, there’s the Velociraptor line that will fit the Oem nozzles, however at this level most have already gone to 155 based setups.

We did it! 2023 American Jet Sport Association Jr. Sport Champion, C**t Myer! It did not come easy or without many sacrifices, but what an awesome accomplishment. Starting out earlier this season to “Try it out”, C**t had never raced, and had hardly ridden the blaster, which was a leftover surf boat that hadn’t been touched in 12 years. It was hardly competitive, but that’s what he wanted to ride. He was hooked and we knew we had work to do.

There were many, many sleepless nights on this journey, and tons of work put in by all involved. Rebecca did the majority of the ski work, including building his race winning motors, C**t practiced every chance he got, and I worked hard to find, develop, and tweak the package to give him a competitive boat. It was a team effort, with everyone giving their all to accomplish this goal, that only a few weeks ago, was merely a dream. We are beyond proud of this 12 year old and are looking forward to what next season brings.

We had a lot of help getting here, and absolutely could not have done it without the support we received from some industry legends. Without a doubt, the performance we achieved would not have happened without input from two of the greatest tuners out there, Tim Judge with Judge Motorsports, and Tim Tynan at tnt performance engineering. Thank you guys for all you do!!! You guys were a huge part of our success! Thank you!
