Customer took truck to a local dealer, they told him the fuel was contaminated and would need an entire fuel system at $15k, for one that’s way too much for that repair. Brought it to us and we had it running within 10 minutes, didn’t even have to plug the laptop in to figure this one out, when turning the key on the fuel pump never came on, traced it to this bad fuse. I honestly don’t think they did any diag at all. Make sure you use someone you can trust, you don’t have to worry about that with us.

Got a 2021 6.7 in with an upper oil pan leak, these were redesigned in 2020 so this will be new to us as most still get fixed under warranty, will post some pics when we get it apart!!

This 2016 F250 suffered from a failed CP4 pump, it did not have a DPK so it took out the fuel system but in the end that didn’t matter, even if it did the pump locked up so hard it allowed the crank gear to spin putting the engine out of time and the pistons ended up hitting the valves and bent all the pushrods. In the end this became a $20+k job. We put a new long block in it with a new fuel system and a DCR so this will never happen again. This truly is the worst case scenario if your CP4 goes out. This is one reason we highly recommend a DCR, if you’re interested please reach out and let us convert your truck to the better injection pump that will never fail like this.

Taking care of this 01 F350 7.3, it had exhaust leaks at the up pipes like most factory style pipes do, it also had leaks at both exhaust manifolds, new manifolds and up pipes will ensure this truck isn’t losing any boost!
