Been a busy day at the shop! Started off by pulling the right head on a 14 6.7 to verify lifter/camshaft damage. Then pressed out all the old u-joints and ball joints on a 2001 F-350, pressed in new ones and got the axle all put back together. Next did an oil change on a 2020 F250 followed by AC diag and repair on a 2021 F350. Lastly we serviced and did a DCR swap on a 2021 F250! Pretty busy day but we love it. The Puzzle Truck is all together and running, just need to top off some fluids and drive it to make sure everything works!!

We are calling this one the Puzzle Truck. After sitting at another shop for over a year this is as far as they have gotten, short block replaced but not fully assembled, transmission rebuild at another shop but not installed, transfer case not installed. This truck arrived with all these parts on a trailer, parts are scattered in the bed and cab, and the cab itself wasn’t even bolted down 😳. We have had it a week and a half and after getting all the missing parts in it’s finally going back together. Should be a sweet truck once running and cleaned up. Been a busy start to our week, replacing a flywheel with damaged teeth on this 7.3, installing a DCR on a 6.7, replaced a broken belt on a 6.0, replaced a water pump on a 7.3, changed oil on a 6.0, replaced an AC compressor on a 6.0, changed an injector on a 6.7, and we also ran 5 fire calls, I have a feeling the rest of the week is going to be just as busy!!!! If your power stroke is needing some attention please get with us to get it taken care of!!!

Having to rebuild this engine due to one cracked piston with a hole in it as well. This hole caused a miss fire due to loss of compression.
