From fiberglass repair ➡️ fresh paint ➡️ FINISHED. 🔥

And just like that, this Allegro is back together and looking like that tree incident never happened. 👀👏

After completing the fiberglass and body repairs, it was time for paint. We matched the existing finish, sprayed the repaired areas, and brought everything back together for the final result.

This was a BIG repair, and seeing it go from damaged fiberglass to this finished product makes all that prep work worth it. 🙌

Allegro update: NEXT STEP… PAINT! 🎨🔥

The fiberglass repair and body work are officially wrapped up! After rebuilding the damaged areas, sanding, shaping, and plenty of prep work, this Allegro is ready for some color.

There’s a LOT that goes into getting fiberglass damage to this point—and good prep is what makes that final finish come together. 👏

Next up ➡️ PAINT!

Just wait until you see the finished product. 👀🔥

Remember that empty utility trailer we showed you? 👀 Well… here she is! 🔨✨

The goal for this build was simple: create a clean, functional camper/hauler without overcomplicating it — and give the customer plenty of room to make it their own.

We took it from bare plywood to a completely refreshed space with finished walls, flooring and ceiling, added lighting, windows, ventilation and the essentials needed to make this trailer a whole lot more comfortable and functional.

The best part? There’s still plenty of open space to haul what they need and customize the setup from here.

Sometimes a build doesn’t need all the bells and whistles — it just needs to be built around how YOU plan to use it. 👏

Talk about a camping trip NOT going according to plan… 😳🏕️

This family was traveling from out of state on their way to go camping when they ran into a pretty major problem — their trailer needed an axle replacement.

They gave us a call, and instead of their trip ending there, we brought the repair to them. 🔧💪

Carl completed the axle replacement on-site, getting their trailer repaired so they could get back on the road and continue their trip.

THIS is exactly why we offer mobile service. RV and trailer problems don’t always happen close to home—or anywhere convenient!

Backing into a tree doesn’t necessarily mean replacing the whole rear cap. 👀

This Allegro came to us with significant damage to the rear fiberglass after an unfortunate run-in with a tree. 🌳😬

Instead of replacing the entire rear cap, we were able to fiberglass repair the damaged areas, rebuild the broken sections, reshape everything, prep it and get it ready for paint.

Body work like this takes a little more than just covering up a crack—the goal is to restore the structure AND make the repair disappear once everything is finished.

Just another example of the kind of work we can handle here at Spencer Janes LLC. 🔧

From utility trailer ➡️ future camper/hauler 👀🔨

We’ve got a fun build happening in the shop!

This customer brought us his utility trailer with a vision: keep it simple, clean, and functional so he can eventually turn it into his own camper/hauler.

We’re starting with the bones of it — redoing the walls, flooring, and roof to give him a solid blank slate to build from.

These are just the beginning pictures… we’ll show you the finished product when we’re done. 👀

And apparently we hired a new helper for this one. 😂🩷 She came prepared with her safety goggles, gloves AND apron!

Stay tuned for the finale! 🔨🚐

You never really know what’s hiding underneath until you open it up… 😳🚐

This Sonic came into the shop needing some SERIOUS attention. Once we got into it, the extent of the water damage became pretty clear.

This project included removing damaged material, rebuilding the front structure and replacing damaged wood, followed by a complete roof replacement to get this camper sealed back up and ready for many more adventures.

➡️ Swipe through these pictures to see just how far this one came — from water-damaged wood and an exposed front end to a completely rebuilt and finished exterior.

This is exactly why catching RV leaks early matters. What looks like a small leak on the outside can turn into major structural damage underneath.
