Great service last week. Just an inspection but the service was prompt, employees were courteous. a positive experience!
Worst customer service. The official website of Toyota has promotion running for Toyota Venza lease where as the dealership denied to provide same promotion saying we don’t participate. All bogus offers . Wouldn’t recommend this place at all .

Mrs. Z and I bought our 2004 Sienna new from Ourisman Chantilly. After raising our two children, it is approaching 200,000 miles and it still runs and rides wonderfully. Smoother ride, engine basically restored to top performance, I am really pleased with the maintenance. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone's needs.
This is the second time I have taken my hybrid Rav4 to Ourisman in Chantilly. I was pleased beyond belief with the service from the individual who took my keys to the service writer tio the check-out person who took my money. I highly recommend the service department at Ourisman. Btw, I travel 2 hours round trip for this service. I have several mechanics much closer to home, probably cheaper too, but no service skills! Thank you to all at Ourisman!
Great job on the hitch on this new 2021 Limited. Browns told my dad absolutely not, you can’t do a hitch on the Limited.

Service, as in most instances was very good. My problem was found and repaired on the first try. The tech did a good job. Thanks to Jamil Namman.

The only issue I would address is the $32 charge for shop supplies. A bit expensive for a $195.59 repair bill. Could see a 5 or 6% charge, but this is over 16%. Tech time and a new spark plug should not result in a $32 shop supplies charge. What is the % add on for shop charges? Is it a minimum charge? What's the maximum shop supplies charge for a repair? A fixed amount or a % of the total bill?

I receive an absurd number of emails from Ourisman Chantilly Toyota per week, and it has gone beyond irritating into feeling like outright harrassment.

While I do want to receive emails about service and about my actual vehicle, I am not happy about the number of sales emails I receive every week. Today, I got two IDENTICAL emails from the sales team. I have a brand-new vehicle; I don't need to be receiving the constant emails from your sales team.

I've TWICE clicked the link to remove me from your sales email lists, but I continue to receive 5+ emails every week from you (which is, admittingly, an improvement over the 10+ emails I used to receive, but it is still a ridiculous number). What can be done to remedy this?
