1) If I got a repair there, and did not buy it there, is it still warrantied for life? 2) Even if just the one year, what if I move?
3) If there is a reprogramming, do you give proof it was done?
4) What is included in the $160 diagnostic? Will you give proof of what was done? 5) Is a test drive taken before or after for the 90K, or after replacing lower front arms?
Well you lost a chance to sell me a truck for a second time by not getting back to me with answers to simple questions I had. not going to try for a third time since your sales people can't keep their word

UPDATE: We finally had to report the tag was lost ourselves. It has been issued. It has not come in as they said it may take up to 4 weeks. I drove 2 hours today to get a 3rd temp tag and they said they could not issue a temp tag once the permanent tag was issued. This is a LIE because they have done it twice already. This dealership does not give a crap about customers post sales. I will never buy from this dealership again and I may not even purchase another Nissan in the future. Buyers beware. If you see a "Priority" sign, turn the other way and run!! We now have a hunk of metal that we cannot legally drive. Thanks Priority Nissan!
We purchased a 2021 Platinum Nissan Rogue on 5/6/2021. The sales person was great and no complaint on the vehicle. The issue has been getting the license plate. The license plate was supposed to be shipped to us in Virginia because we are about 2 hours away. After a few weeks we called and found out the plates arrived in China! We are still trying to get our permanent plates. We have put more miles on the vehicle driving back and forth to get new temporary plates that we have for anything else. The follow up from the dealership is horrible. We have to chase them down instead of them staying on top of this issue. We also found out they could have spent a few more minutes with us initially and just issued us our permanent plates. Now they are stating they have to go to Richmond to get them replaced. One more temporary tag and they lose another star!
Good morning, I have purchased a many of cars and SUV’s and I can say this experience with this dealership was outstanding. My salesman Patrick, Greg the financial manager were phenomenal, great customer service, great personality and sense of humor. He made the process extra special. We purchased an 2020 Armada and a 2021 Rogue in 2 days both creme white. We love our new vehicles 👌🏽😘👏🏽
Do not buy a vehicle from here. They will slip in the extended warranty and Pre Paid maintenance when you tell them you don’t want them. Then when you call to cancel the prorate it so you lose money that you never wanted to spen in the first place.
My experience at Priority was great. My salesman, Freddie, was just so efficient, kind and Is is my second car from Priority and I’m from Pa. it’s definitely worth the drive. I will be back.
