Can you believe September is a few short weeks away? We have a wait list already so any of our returning clients, go ahead and get your lease filled out with a deposit so we know who will be returning for inside controlled storage.

We have plenty of outside gated storage available to anyone wanting to have a convenient location for their RV, watercraft or construction trailers.

Our returning clients ALWAYS get a spot with us first. But, with that being said we are happy to welcome new clients just like last fall.

I cannot say enough about Mike Wells 518 Mobile RV Repair.

There was a big storm May 31st on our property on Silver Lake in Hawkeye New York.

I did troubleshooting to the best of my ability, and yes I did use YouTube 😁. But some things were just out of my control.

They came, took care of all the electrical issues which thankfully was a pretty easy fix and replaced our awning.

His work ethic is impeccable and his prices are more than reasonable. The best part is he comes to you whether you're at a campground or like us on private property.

I'm hoping all my clients of Northeast Controlled Storage utilize Mike's expertise and the ease of getting all your RV needs taken care of.

Spring is here and with that ends our fall winter storage season.

Thank you to all of our customers, old and new for their continued support!

Our spring summer storage season has begun as of May 1st and goes until October 1st.

Any current customer currently still in storage, if you are continuing your storage with us, please go to the website and fill out a new lease and for your convenience you can pay online as well.

Fingers crossed for a fabulous boating and camping season!

Yesterday was the cutoff day for past customers.
We will be calling those on the wait list this afternoon

TODAY IS THE FINAL DAY for all past customers to send in their lease agreement and deposit or payment in full to reserve your spot!!

This year we have a LARGE wait list and in all fairness need to begin calling tomorrow so they to can fill out the require paperwork.

I have posted here and have emailed all of our past customers.

IF YOU ARE STORING WITH US AGAIN THIS SEASON PLEASE HAVE THE REQUIRE PAPERWORK TO US BY 6PM TODAY.

JUST A REMINDER:

There is just 7 days left to complete your lease agreement and put your deposit down to hold your inside temperature controlled storage spot.

We also sent emails to I'll pass seasons clients, so please look there as well.

After that date we will begin calling those on the wait list for inside storage.

And, as a reminder to our outside gated storage clients, the storage season is fast approaching (October 1st)you need to fill out your lease agreements and make your payment in full before the storage season begins.
