Found: ATK / Rotax 605 Motor

History: This is the motor we used on our 605’s between 1994 and 2002.

Condition: Almost brand new according to mechanic Keith.

Specifics: This motor was a Warranty replacement for Dick Allen in So California. We had Keith (American Dirt Bike) a dealer in So. Cal completely go through the motor this summer and at the same time flow the head (nothing big).

Warranty: 30 day parts if it needed anything.

Price: $2,995 + shipping. Motor is currently in So California

For some time now we have been out of these KTM style side panels.

We just placed an order with our Italian Plastic Vendor to make 50 sets that should be here end of April.

The Price will be $55/set if ordered before April 1 and $60 after that.

We have 20+ already pre-ordered

There may be some subframe minor mods (tabs welded on) for the 96-2000 4 Strokes only

ATK 260 Rotax Pistons have been more difficult to obtain these last years, however, I’m going to have Wiseco Pistons make at least 12 (minimum order) that should be available before April 1st.

We have a small backlog already sold so don’t wait.

The Piston kit includes: Rings, Pin and Circlips.

Price before April 1st is: $159.95 + $12.00 shipping
(lower 48 states) = $171.95

Price after April 1st is an additional $10

The actual piston diameter is 67.91mm
The cylinder bore should be 68.00mm
