This Thanksgiving we are a little extra grateful as we are celebrating the 20th anniversary of D&V Auto. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude the loyal customers, supporting community and dedicated employees. Without each and everyone one of you, these past 20 years would not have been possible.
I never expected to not only be here for so long, but also build all the relationships that I have. This community has given me so much and i hope i have given some back. I noticed earlier this year when we had the fire at the shop and had so many people calling and stopping by to make sure everyone was safe and everything was okay, and asking if we needed any help. That was one of many moments where I noticed how much the community appreciated and cares about us and that warmed my heart to see. It made me proud of the work I have done and the relationship I have built with my customers.
We always do our best and try to be an honest place where people can come and get work done on their vehicle. Though we are not perfect and make mistakes, I am grateful for all the opportunities given to me to do my best and fix any issues that may occur. I appreciate all my customers and their loyalty, from the ones that have been with me since the day I opened to the newest ones.
While i have decided to step back a little and not be in the back or office as much. Working 15 hours a day, 6 days a week has taken a toll on my health and I would like to take a rest and not be as active. I just wanted to inform you guys, if you get curious why you don’t see me around as often. However just know that I am just a phone call away if you have questions or need anything.
We are always striving to do our best in providing great customer service and be able to provide many more years of service.

En este Día de Acción de Gracias estamos un poco más agradecidos ya que estamos celebrando el 20 aniversario de D&V Auto. Nos gustaría extender nuestro más sincero agradecimiento a los clientes leales, y a la comunidad de apoyo y a los empleados dedicados. Sin todos y cada uno de ustedes, estos últimos 20 años no hubieran sido posibles.
Nunca esperé no sólo estar aquí tanto tiempo, pero también construir todas las relaciones que tengo. Esta comunidad me ha dado mucho y espero haberle devuelto algo. Un momento que me di cuenta de esto fue a principios de este año cuando tuvimos el incendio en la tienda y había tanta gente llama y paso para asegurarse de que todos estuvieran a salvo y que todo estuviera bien, y preguntando si necesitábamos ayuda. Ese fue uno de los muchos momentos en los que me di cuenta de lo mucho que la comunidad nos aprecia y se preocupa por nosotros y eso me conmovió el corazón al verlo. Me hizo sentir orgulloso del trabajo que he realizado y de la relación que he construido con mis clientes.
Siempre hacemos nuestro mejor esfuerzo y tratamos de ser un lugar honesto donde la gente pueda venir para componer su vehículo. Aunque no somos perfectos y cometemos errores, agradezco todas las oportunidades que se me dan para hacer lo mejor que puedo y solucionar cualquier problema que pueda surgir. Agradezco a todos mis clientes y su lealtad, desde los que han estado conmigo desde el día que abrí hasta los más nuevos.
Este año he decidido dar un paso atrás un poco y no estar tanto en la parte trasera ni en la oficina. Trabajahando 15 horas al día, 6 días a la semana ha pasado factura a mi salud y me gustaría descansar y no estar tan activo. Sólo quería informarles, si tienen curiosidad, por qué no me ven con tanta frecuencia. Sin embargo, debes saber que estoy a solo una llamada de distancia si tienes preguntas o necesitas algo.
Siempre nos esforzamos por hacer nuestro mejor esfuerzo para brindar un excelente servicio al cliente y poder brindar muchos más años de servicio.
