A tech tip for CAN bus users, especially you Holley guys. ACAS has taught us that the best CAN performance comes from making sure your bus measures 60.0 ohms AND complies with the below diagram. Chances are good if you run a dash, your node lengths are way too long which really slows down performance. We have had a ton of people tell us their dash RPM and gauges *sped up* once we fixed their harnesses.

A tech tip for CAN bus users, especially you Holley guys. ACAS has taught us that the best CAN performance comes from making sure your bus measures 60.0 ohms AND complies with the below diagram. Chances are good if you run a dash, your node lengths are way too long which really slows down performance. We have had a ton of people tell us their dash RPM and gauges *sped up* once we fixed their harnesses.

Approaching 400 ACAS and ACAS-X sensors out there in the field for 2024. Thank all you guys who trust us with your wheelie protection (and G-meter data!). These sensors are now on everything from NPK leaders, to NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycles, fast radial cars, and my favorite - the no prep guys. They also work as tip-over sensors on our Bonneville customer cars.

Just a reminder, this is a low cost way to manage wheelies and get awesome chassis data at the same time:

-no problems with different track surfaces (like lasers)
-NO other inputs required, it hooks to your CAN bus in 5 mins
-inexpensive!!! basic wheelie sensor is 300 bux!
-reliable! we've had 3 failures and they were all wiring issues, and we'll warranty that.
-tech support: we'll remote in and set it up for you!
-we have versions for Holley, Megasquirt3, MaxxECU, and even Haltech.

so, as the fall race season is ramping back up, DONT risk your hard earned money with an accident at the track - protect your project with one of these instead! its cheap insurance!
