We just wanted to give everyone a quick update.

If you've reached out for a quote, thank you for your patience! This weekend we're dedicating our time to getting caught up on estimates. We currently have 56+ quotes from this month with over 31 quotes just this week and over 100 from last month that we're working through.

As many of you know, I'm currently handling the installs, phone calls, messages, scheduling and quotes myself, so it's taken longer than usual to get back to everyone.

Please bear with us while we work through the list. Every quote will be sent, and we truly appreciate everyone who has been patient and continues to support G&J Window Tinting & Auto Restyling. We look forward to getting back to each of you as soon as possible!

🚗 A Quick Update for Our Customers 🚗

We want to thank everyone for the incredible support we've received. Because of the high demand, we've fallen behind on responding to messages and sending quotes.

At the moment, I'm personally handling every installation, answering phone calls, responding to messages, scheduling appointments, and managing the day-to-day operations of the business. I'm doing everything I can to get caught up and plan to have all outstanding quotes sent out this week.

To better serve everyone, we're in the process of hiring another team member to help with installations and customer communication. Our goal is to have everything running smoothly again within the next month.

We also have some exciting news—we're planning to move into a new shop toward the end of this month! This will allow us to expand, improve our workflow, and provide an even better experience for our customers.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support. It truly means a lot to our small business. If you're waiting on a quote or a reply, we haven't forgotten about you, and we'll be in touch as soon as possible!This version keeps a professional tone while explaining the delay, setting expectations, and ending on a positive note about the upcoming shop move.

📢 We're Looking for a Shop in Cedar Rapids!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we've made the decision to cancel our move back to Central City. We're now looking for a shop to lease in the Cedar Rapids area so we can continue serving our customers from a convenient location.

If you know of any available commercial shop space or have any leads, we'd really appreciate it if you could tag someone or send us a message.

Also if we have scheduled you for our Central City location we will reach out this week to reschedule you! I apologize for any inconvenience!

⚠️ Customer Experience – Please Read ⚠️

I normally don't make posts like this, but I feel it's important to share my experience with Bold Offroad in Coggon.

🏍️ After spending thousands of dollars on repairs, my motorcycle was returned with multiple issues that should have been addressed. I brought it back several times, but the problems were never properly corrected.

🔧 When I raised my concerns, instead of taking responsibility and fixing the issues, I felt the blame was shifted onto me. During the dispute, false statements were also made about G&J Window Tinting & Auto Restyling, which had nothing to do with the quality of the repairs and, in my opinion, were used to deflect responsibility.

💸 In the end, I had to take my motorcycle to another shop to have the work corrected, costing me thousands more on top of what I had already paid.

❌ Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Bold Offroad. I expected accountability and quality workmanship, but unfortunately, that was not my experience.

📢 This post reflects my personal experience so others can make their own informed decision before choosing a repair shop.

📢 We're Moving Back to Central City! 📢

After some time away, we're excited to announce that G&J Window Tinting & Auto Restyling will be moving back to our original location in Central City!

We'll be in the same building as before, just in the corner unit this time. This move will allow us to continue providing the same quality work, lifetime warranty films, and customer service you've come to expect while giving us more room to grow.

We want to thank everyone who has supported us throughout the years. Whether you've trusted us with one vehicle or several, your support has helped make this possible.

📢 We want to let everyone know we had a delay in getting people called back for scheduling appointments. If we were supposed to contact you today, we will be reaching out tomorrow, June 3rd, to get everyone scheduled in. 📅

📞 We will be calling and scheduling people in the order messages were received, so please be patient with us as we work through everyone fairly. Due to the amount of messages and appointments coming in, we may be booking into July. 🚗

🌴 Vacation Notice 🌴

G&J Window Tinting & Auto Restyling will be CLOSED starting today, Tuesday May 26th through June 2nd while we take a short vacation and spend some time with family.

During this time:
📞 We will NOT be answering phone calls
📝 We WILL still be responding to lead forms/messages when possible

If you submit a quote request or lead form, please be patient with response times as we may take longer than normal to get back to everyone. We appreciate all the continued support and understanding!
