**🔧 An Update from Baldy’s 4x4 🔧**

To continue providing the quality of work and service our customers expect, **Baldy’s 4x4 will no longer install customer-supplied parts.**

We understand that purchasing your own parts can sometimes seem like a good way to save money. Unfortunately, we’ve experienced an increasing number of issues with customer-provided parts arriving **damaged, bent, incomplete, incorrect, or missing necessary hardware.**

There’s also an important warranty consideration. When we supply the parts for your vehicle, we can stand behind **both the parts and the installation**. With customer-supplied parts, we have no control over where they came from, their condition, or the manufacturer/vendor warranty, which makes it difficult for us to provide the level of support we want if something goes wrong.

Going forward, **all parts installed by Baldy’s 4x4 will need to be purchased through us.** This allows our team to verify proper fitment, work with manufacturers we trust, and provide better warranty support after the job is complete.

We truly appreciate your understanding and, most importantly, your continued trust in our team. Our goal is simple: **do the job right, use quality parts, and stand behind our work.**

Hey y'all! We are your local preferred Bestop E-Top vendor and we got the inside intel! The price of these E-Tops for Jeep Wrangler and Ford Bronco are going up on September 1st. Get your order placed and deposit put down by Monday, August 31st to be sure to get the top ordered BEFORE the price increase!

Over the last nine years, we’ve been blessed with incredible customers who have supported us every step of the way. Because of you, we’ve built lifelong friendships, helped raise thousands of dollars for local charities, hosted countless Newbie Runs, and grown far beyond anything we imagined.

We’re also incredibly thankful for our amazing team. Their talent, hard work, and dedication are the heart of Baldy’s. They show up every day committed to doing things the right way, taking care of our customers, and making this shop what it is. We simply couldn’t do it without them.
