As an up and coming, fast growing, and new business - Alpine Off Road was eager to establish clients, relationships in the 4x4 community, and provide services to Adventure seekers and off road enthusiasts! In the rush of the first two years in business we found ourselves in a situation where one of our valued clients became very in-compliant with the verbal agreements, as we still evoke TRUST in people, and a handshake arrangement was all that was in place. The claims made against us as individuals, and our company are painfully incorrect. Through his discontent, our multitude of attempts to resolve any discrepancies through conversation or mediation were rejected, which resulted in an "Incomplete" Project, leaving us feeling extremely wavered. This entire dispute, process, and chapter in our Journey had disrupted our ability to serve the INCREDIBLE clients who are still behind us today, regardless of the delay in their builds. A "learning experience" does not give precedence to the effect of this dissension - but it does in fact give us the insight to move forward, with a better understanding of the "challenges" business owners face in order to stay alive. We regret having to include this as a part of our introduction, however - with such an amazing backing from each and every client we have served prior to and since, alongside with our values, confidence, integrity, and determination to provide our unique and passion led services to this industry - We are grateful to continue to grow and endure the joys of business ownership. If you personally have any questions relating to Mr. Rifkin, and the contention between himself and Alpine Off Road - PLEASE FEEL FREE to contact us directly. Thank you for your interest in our company! We have and exciting journey ahead, and we would love for you to be a part of it!
