โ™ป๏ธ Net-zero strategy: We are reusing our own excavated gravel for RV pads and road bases, and saving dirt for future landscaping.
๐Ÿ’ฐ Major efficiencies: Favorable soil conditions mean we get to skip the extensive rock cutting! Reusing these materials on-site drastically reduces our construction costs and timelines.

We are making massive progress on the site! Nearly 25% of the park has already been brought to grade. Even better? We are using a ""net-zero dirt"" strategy. This means all the dirt and rock we excavate for the lake is being reused to build up our roads and cabin sites.
