Wow, what a weekend. Brady and I are so thankful for the support we received throughout the 3rd Annual T-Town Midget Showdown! Obviously, the support from our title and presenting event sponsors Werco Mfg. and Priority Aviation were vital for us and the event would not have been possible without them, so thank you for once again being a huge part of this event!
We would additionally like to thank the Race Rudeen Foundation, Velox Racing, , Bob Hurley RV, Dahmer Powertrain Inc., FK Indy, and everyone who purchased a lap sponsorship or added bonus money for the drivers which enabled us to elevate our event even further and give back to the racers, which was always a goal of ours. We would also like to give an enormous shoutout to Next Level Metal for once again creating some of the most awesome and unique trophies we have ever seen.
Thanks to Shane and Jen Stewart for again partnering us. Also to Mike and Megan Eubanks, Kelly Bacon, DJ, & Zac who were all there to fill in and help with anything that needed done!
Everyone on the Port City staff always does a phenomenal job and they were the nuts and bolts that kept the machine running all weekend. Hoss did so much for this event from announcing, making banners and graphics, to head of post race entertainment and security. Thank you all for your great work and effort.
We would like to thank USAC for working with us again to continue this event and efficiently run the show through. As always the show was ran professionally and their staff is great. We wish the weather would have cooperated better on Saturday night and appreciate the readiness of all the teams to get through the program as quickly as possible before the rain hit.
Finally we would like to thank our kids for their patience with us as we know these events take a lot of time and additional work on top of our normal race schedule and day to days at the shop and at home!
