EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: Meet Avianna!
Say hello to one of the first friendly faces you’ll see when you walk through our doors! 💙 This week, we’re shining the spotlight on Avianna Kilhorn, our amazing receptionist who has been part of the North Park CDJR family for 1 year and 2 months.
Avianna loves being part of our customers’ journey and says her favorite part of the job is seeing the joy on someone’s face when everything works out and they get approved for their dream vehicle. 🚗✨
As the first person customers meet, she knows how important a warm welcome is. Her goal is to make everyone feel comfortable, greet them with a smile, and help them get to the right department. To her, great customer service means bringing more kindness and respect into the world because you never know what someone may be going through.
She also wants customers to know that while she’s always happy to help, receptionists don’t have access to customer account information. Her role is to make sure you get connected with the right team as quickly as possible!
When she’s not at the dealership, Avianna enjoys spending time with family and friends, photography, relaxing with her pit mix Sadie Mae 🐶, and grabbing coffee at Schottzy’s. ☕ If she could take home any vehicle on our lot, it would be the Jeep Grand Wagoneer for its luxury feel and because she hopes it’ll be the perfect vehicle for her future family.
One thing Avianna loves most about North Park CDJR is the incredible team around her. She says the respect and friendliness between every department make it the best place she’s ever worked, and her coworkers would describe her as kind, respectful, and patient, qualities we know our customers appreciate every day.
