Kudos to KRF!!!! They are apparently SO flush with cash they can afford to ignore repeated messages to the service department requesting service-for-payment.
Most businesses never reach this stage, where they can afford to give business to competitors. Congratulations to Kenny Ross Ford South Hills! You’ve accomplished the impossible. And a small congratulations also to the competing Ford dealership who is more interested in taking my cash.

Terrible customer service .My car has been in twice for same repair...I paid for the repair...and its not fixed. I have called 17+ times over 7 days. Not one single return phone call. My next call is to Ford corporate.

Kenny Ross Ford....especially Nikita....are the best...I drive a Hyundai...I was involved in an accident...I contacted Hyundai to fix it....and still have not heard backe from them....being without a car is a huge problem....I contacted KR....Nikita got information and returned my call....immediately.....Such a huge help in a trying time....such a huge help to a frustrating situation
Thinking about going ford not positive just yet but thinking about it the only truck I've owned is all Chevrolet. I only like the F-250 super duty with all leather Maron or black with leather
