Dakota stepped up in a big way throughout July. He never said no to work, stayed late, and came in early to make sure tickets were closed and customers’ vehicles were completed in a timely manner. His dedication and willingness to do whatever was needed made a huge impact on the department.

📦 Vern — Parts Advisor of the Month
Vern had an outstanding July and set a new productivity record. Congratulations on raising the bar and setting a new standard for the Parts Department!

🚗 Mark — Top Salesman of the Month
Mark finished July at the top of the board with an impressive 21 units sold! Congratulations on a huge month and a well-earned #1 spot!

🛠️ Sierra — Service Writer of the Month
Sierra handled the majority of the service drive solo while the department was short-staffed and still managed to set a productivity record. An incredible example of stepping up when the team needed it most.

Our Second Annual Fourth of July Redneck Rendezvous Party was everything we hoped it would be—mullet magic, patriotic pride, questionable fashion choices, temporary tattoos, nonstop laughs, and an incredible group that showed up ready to have a good time.

Thank you to everyone who came out, dressed up, brought the energy, and celebrated with us. You turned a dealership into one heck of a Fourth of July party, and we couldn't have asked for a better crowd.
