🚨 After-Hours Service Call Rotation — DOUBLE TIME
Roark Diesel Performance is looking for an experienced Heavy-Duty Diesel Technician to join our team.
We are looking for more than someone who can replace parts. We need an experienced technician who can diagnose problems, think critically, communicate effectively, and work independently from diagnosis through completed repair.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
🔧 Proven heavy-duty diesel experience — this is not an entry-level position
🔧 Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
🔧 Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
🔧 Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision
🔧 Strong communication skills with service advisors, management, and other technicians
🔧 Dependable with a strong work ethic
🔧 Takes pride in producing accurate, quality repairs
🔧 Must have your own professional tools appropriate for the position
🔧 Good, verifiable work references required
🔧 Valid driver’s license
EXPERIENCE MAY INCLUDE
• Heavy-duty diesel engine diagnostics & repair
• Electrical diagnostics
• Aftertreatment/emissions systems
• Fuel and cooling systems
• Brakes & suspension
• Drivetrain repairs
• Preventive maintenance
• Heavy-duty truck and equipment repair
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
Starting base pay: $25+\hour, based on experience
Qualified technicians have the opportunity to earn additional compensation through our monthly bonus program.
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM–5:00 PM
