The tailgate window regulator failed causing the window to stay down.
Replaced the regulator used scan tool to relearn the window position.
Now the window and the tailgate can open normally again.

2013 F-150 The compressor had a catastrophic failure and sent metal through the whole system. Replaced almost everything and flushed the evaporator core until clean.
After all that I got the A/C cooling down to 44°F in direct sunlight with no shade.
