Have a car that needs work? I don’t just work on off road trucks. This Audi A6 2.0T came in for rear brakes and a worn out upper link on the front suspension. It’ll be back for front brakes in the next 10k miles.

New shock tabs welded on for . His new beefy axle came with spring perches but not new axle tabs. This was nice because we got to put them exactly where he wanted and we ended up using way more shock travel than he had before.

3.6L Dodge Ram 1500 came in for CV axle replacements, spark plugs, front brake job, as well as front/rear diff and transfer case fluid change.

The Ram 1500 is done! This came out incredible. I put a ton of time and effort into this. Lots of very fine details/fixes were done to this truck to really polish it out. long travel suspension and front/rear fenders. There’s more to come for this but it’ll be at a later date. For now, the customer is enjoying his new and improved truck.

This Taco got a Bilstien 5100 lift, Camburg UCAs, and a Deaver rear AAL. This was a nice break to do while working on the Ram 1500.

Ram 1500 Build Update Part 4. The bed was finally test fitted and the suspension was cycled fully and no additional trimming was needed which was nice. The rear fiberglass has turned out to be quite a nightmare honestly. So much time has been spent trying to get it to fit symmetrically and properly.

Ram 1500 Build Update Part 3. The rear of the truck had quite a bit of surface rust and even some chipping paint. An entire day was spent with a needle scaler, wire wheel, and flap disc to clean and prep the frame, axle, and driveshaft. Eastwood Rust Encapsulator Plus was used to coat the entire rear end and frame to neutralize any remaining rust and prevent any more from starting. A lot of prep work has been done before any suspension work can start.
