Friday education time:
If you are paying a body shop to repair collision damage on a bumper, it is not customary or standard practices for that body shop to fix rock chips in that same bumper. That is a separate service that usually increases the price. Most body men are commission paid, so just “throwing it in” to fix extra things costs them time and money and not all body men believe that it’s an “extra mile, do it for the return customer” nicety. I leave those nicety’s up to my body men because it’s their time and money and their opinion on the fact matters.

We make sure that the insurance company pays sufficiently! Do not let your insurance company convince you that you will have out of pocket costs by NOT choosing their in network repair facility!!
