In honor of the insane gas prices lately I feel this is a important post.
When you ride on your low fuel light, it means you are running on the reserve in your tank, when running on the reserve, it can pick up dirt and grime that has settled in the bottom of your fuel tank.
In your fuel system, there is a fuel pump and a fuel filter.
When fuel is running low, your fuel pump is not as lubricated as it needs to be to run properly, and when your fuel gets this low, it can gunk up your fuel filter. Both of these much needed parts will go bad much faster when ran low on fuel.
Symptoms of a bad fuel filter and fuel pump are:
Bad fuel efficiency
Vehicle not starting, or showing reluctance to start
Vehicle running lean, or rough
Vehicle not being able to sustain speed
Vehicle stalling
Odd sound from the area of your fuel tank.
It is important to get these serviced and replaced regularly, to avoid clogging fuel injectors, and making further, more problematic issues later on.
For an older vehicle, this should be replaced every 30,000 miles, however, for a newer vehicle, this should be replaced every 50,000-60,000 miles to keep your vehicle running in healthy condition!
If you suspect a problem with your fuel system, give us a call at (918)-210-4186 or message us through here today!!

We have done so many spark plug replacements, and have worked really closely around them recently, I thought I would share here how your spark plugs work, and how spark plugs can, if they are in bad enough shape, cause a misfire, in fact, normally, that's the first place we look for the cause of your misfire, and alot of times spark plugs are the cause.
Normally your spark plugs should be replaced every every 30,000 to 50,000 miles to help keep your vehicle in good running condition.

As ridiculous as vehicles breaking the laws of physics may sound, when your head gaskets break, the laws of physics do get broken, and your coolant/antifreeze mixes with your oil, making for a whole bunch of problems with your vehicle.
Some symptoms of a broken head gasket are:
1. Overheating,
When a head gasket is broken, coolant/antifreeze cannot flow properly throughout your vehicles engine making it not able to keep itself at a proper running temperature.
2. White smoke coming from your exhaust.
White smoke coming from your exhaust often happens when there is something wrong with the header, and when there is a bad mid of oil happening. Often times caused also by a broken head gasket.
3. Milky colored oil.
When a head gasket is broken, your coolant and oil start to mix due to your coolant getting into where only your oil should be, when those two get mixed together, your oil will often turn into a milky color similar to what is pictured below.
When a head gasket is broken, and your vehicle is being ran with a broken head gasket, you also risk warping your header, making for even more repairs to get it running again. Vehicles will eventually choose to not run with a broken head gasket after a small amount of running on it broken.
If you are having any of these symptoms, give us a call at (918)-210-4186 and we will have someone come out to give you a diagnostic and quote for FREE. If you need a head gasket replacement, we can replace it for the labor cost of only $450.00 through the month of July!!
*The $450.00 is ONLY labor cost it does not include parts. Part prices vary with vehicle*
