🔧 IMPORTANT POLICY UPDATE – MOONSHINE AUTOMOTIVE 🔧

Effective immediately, October 8, 2026, Moonshine Automotive will no longer accept customer-supplied parts for vehicle repairs.

We understand that customers sometimes prefer to purchase their own parts to save money. However, we have made this decision to better protect both our customers and our business.

✅ Why are we making this change?

When we order parts through our trusted suppliers, those parts come with warranties. This allows us to stand behind the parts we install and provide our customers with peace of mind.

Unfortunately, parts purchased through Amazon, eBay, junkyards, or other outside sources may not carry the same warranty coverage. If one of those parts fails, the customer would be responsible for purchasing another part and paying the labor costs again to have it replaced.

🛢️ EXCEPTION – OIL CHANGES

Customers are still welcome to bring their own oil and oil filters. We will gladly perform the oil change and charge for labor.

At Moonshine Automotive, our goal has always been to provide quality service, dependable repairs, and fair pricing. This policy helps us maintain those standards while avoiding unnecessary expenses and frustration for our customers.

When was the last time you checked your cabin air filter? 👀

Your cabin air filter helps keep dust, dirt, pollen, and other debris from blowing through your vehicle’s vents. When it gets this dirty, it can restrict airflow and make your heating and A/C system work harder.

The filter on top came out of a customer’s vehicle… the one on the bottom is what a clean one should look like! 😳
