R&W Transport We are a milk transportation company serving 70 patrons in Iowa, Wisconsin, and Illinois.

We currently haul for Prairie Farms Dairy and Rolling Hills Dairy Producers Cooperative to various plants in NE Iowa and SW Wisconsin We are a milk hauling company serving dairy producers in Iowa and Wisconsin. Our milk is contracted through Prairie Farms Dairy Inc and Rolling Hills Dairy Producers. Our trucks operate 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day to ensure our producers' milk is delivered to bottling plants and cheese plants in a timely and efficient manner.

Full and Part Time Local Milk Route Drivers

Hiring areas:
📍Cascade, Iowa
📍Platteville, Wisconsin
📍Kieler, Wisconsin

License Requirements:
Class A or B CDL
🚛 Air brake endorsement
🚛 Manual transmission endorsement
🚛 Tanker endorsement
**Must be 21 years or older with a good driving record**

A grade A milk haulers permit will also need to be obtained but we will assist in training and lining up licensing for this.

Milk hauling is the type of trucking job one would do if they did not want to be stuck behind the wheel all day everyday. You will pickup multiple milk from multiple farms along a route which requires the driver to be in and out of the truck multiple times throughout the day. Measuring and sampling the milk and recording data are a necessity of the job.

Attention to detail, sanitation, and hygiene are paramount as we are transporting a food grade product (raw milk).

Dependability, punctuality, and good communication are an expectation of our duties.

Compensation:
💵 W2 Employees
💵 $24/hr training pay
💵 up to $27/hr wage. (Paid hourly, not per load, not per CWT. No tricks or switches, straightforward and simple)
💵 $40/hr holiday pay

Loading liquid is unique in that how the truck and trailer sit determine the capacity of the tanker.

A little slope either front or back can equal a few hundred to a couple thousand pounds.
