Long before 919 Mobile Mechanic had a name, it started in my grandfather's garage. As a kid, I was right there beside him, handing him tools, asking questions, and learning that there's no problem you can't figure out if you're patient and willing to get your hands dirty. Those early days taught me more than how to fix cars. They taught me pride in doing the job right.
That foundation led me to Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College in Long Beach, Mississippi, where I earned my welding certifications and began my professional shop experience. From there, I built my career as a diesel technician, working on heavy equipment and sharpening the skills I still rely on every day.
In 2018, I started 919 Mobile Mechanic as a part-time business, working nights and weekends after my regular shifts. I saw how much of a hassle car trouble could be for people, from towing and waiting rooms to lost workdays, and I knew I could make it easier by bringing the shop to them.
Word spread, customers kept coming back, and by 2022 I made the leap to running 919 Mobile Mechanic full time. We've been going strong ever since.
Today, every job I take on still carries the lessons I learned in my grandfather's garage: honest work, quality repairs, and treating every customer like family. Whether you're at home, at work, or stuck on the side of the road, 919 Mobile Mechanic comes to you.
Thanks for trusting us with your vehicle. We look forward to keeping the Triangle rolling.
