This Jeep received a full interior detail as well as a full exterior wash and decontamination to remove embedded contaminants and create a clean surface before polishing and applying
to lay a 3-5 ceramic coating.

What does all that exactly mean?

🧼 Decontamination: Removes bonded contaminants that a regular wash leaves behind.

✨ Paint Polishing: Refines the finish, enhances gloss, and helps reduce paint imperfections bringing back depth.

🛡️ Ceramic Coating: Adds long term protection, enhances shine, repels water, and makes maintenance easier.

A ceramic coating isn’t a shortcut to perfect paint. The results start with the work done BEFORE the coating ever touches the surface.

We’ve been a little busy , since moving into our new location we’ve may have slipped on sharing some of our projects , so stay tuned to see what we’ve been pumping out.

This GMC from a regular customer came in for an interior and exterior detail with iron decontamination bath.

Also installed was PPF (paint protection film) on the the inner rocker that always gets scratched up the worst from boots stomping on them covered with dirt and rocks when getting in causing ugly scratches.
PPF was applied to take most of the brunt forces protection the surface and paint.

🚨Red’s Detailing HAS A NEW HOME. 🚨🔥

This isn’t just a new location. It’s a new chapter.

I’ve always had a thing for vehicles. I can appreciate the mechanical side of them, but let’s be honest… my patience doesn’t always lie under the hood with a wrench. 😂

It lies behind the buffer.

It lies in chasing the reflection. Fixating on the little things. Seeing what someone else might overlook. Taking something that’s been neglected, driven hard, loved hard, and making it feel like theirs again.

Because I’ve never looked at detailing as just a way to make money.

This is something I genuinely give a s**t about.

And I know my customers aren’t all looking at their vehicles as just a way to get from A to B either.

Some of you have built them. Some have restored them. Some have worked your asses off to afford them. Some just genuinely love their vehicle and want it taken care of properly.

Those are my people.

You can look around and find a lot of detailers. I know the market is full of them.

But I don’t want Red’s to be just another detailing business.

I’m building a space that feels different. A place where quality matters more than rushing through as many cars as possible. Where I can take pride in the work leaving my shop. Where your vehicle isn’t just another appointment on the calendar.

And to the customers who continued bringing me your vehicles while things were anything but clean and settled during this transition…

FIRST PPF JOB. ✨
(Little late)

First PPF install. Free cut. First real opportunity to take what I learned and actually put it into practice.

And this one definitely made me work for it.

It was done outside, dealing with the elements I sunshine, wind, changing light, grease in the joints of the machine, and a few moments where it felt like everything was fighting me just a little bit. 😂

Not exactly the perfect controlled environment, but honestly, that’s part of learning too. You don’t always get perfect conditions. Sometimes you have to adapt, slow down, problem-solve, and keep going.

And before somebody zooms in 400%, grabs their magnifying glass and starts pointing out every little imperfection… 😂

Yes. I see them too.

Is it perfect? No.
Are there things I’ll do differently next time? Absolutely.
Do I have room to improve? 100%.

But you know what else?

I actually did it.

And that’s the part I’m proud of.

Because it’s really easy to stand on the sidelines and tell someone what you would have done differently.

It takes a little more courage to put yourself in the driver’s seat, try something new, risk not being perfect, and let people watch you learn.

I’m not going to pretend I know everything. I don’t.

I’m learning. I’m practicing.
I’m figuring out what works best for me.
And I’m going to keep doing it until the things I’m correcting today become the things I don’t have to think twice about tomorrow.

That’s how you build a skill. That’s how you build confidence. That’s how you build a business.

Practice. Repetition. Mistakes. Adjustments. More practice.

And one day I’ll be able to look back at this install and say, “Wow… look how much I’ve improved.”

Honestly, I’d much rather have a first attempt to look back on than a hundred excuses for why I never started.

So yes , critique it. 😂 Tell me what you see. I’m always willing to learn.

But just remember…

Everybody who is good at something had a “first one” at some point.

Mine just happens to be posted on the internet. 😂

Thankful for the opportunity, thankful for the people who trust me while I continue learning, and excited to see where this skill takes me.
