Recently just torn up a customers master bedroom floor and replaced it all. Looks pretty good. Didn't have any issues with termites. Floor was falling in from being so old.

What's going on everybody! Hope everyone is enjoying their day. It's beautiful out.
I just finished up a kitchen floor remodel. This customer wanted their entire kitchen floor tore out and be replaced. There was a water leak from a water line running underneath the kitchen sink. Tore everything out found the original thick old flooring that was made years ago. The stuff is junk!! the recent company just put 3/4 on top of it. Which was a really unprofessional way of doing things. Lol the water leak!! got it fixed replaced the 3/4 flooring everything went smoothly. Laid some nice dark colored linoleum. New stripping to separate rooms and cover seams.
