Fast Monkey Auto was born when local businessmen Jason Cornett and Eli Bruton purchased longtime Carthage automotive repair shop Maxwell Automotive. Is your newer Chevy/GMC hard to get out of park? If so its probably your shifter assembly. GM has issued a TSB (technical service bulletin) about this issue. You can see the old one in front is missing the nylon bushing that's pictured in the new one on the back. New one installed and all is good now!
