We are so grateful for the Miltons!
'We recently purchased a **2026 Ford Expedition** from **Sam Pack's Five Star Ford**, and I can honestly say it was one of the best vehicle-buying experiences we've ever had.
Our salesman, **Isaac Butler**, is new to the dealership (only about a month in), but you would never know it by the way he treated us. He was patient, professional, and never once made us feel pressured. We spent quite a bit of time comparing offers from several dealerships to make sure we were getting the best value, and Isaac never rushed us or tried to push us into making a decision. He was always quick to respond, answered every question we had, and made the entire process easy.
We also had the pleasure of working with **Iliana Davila**, who was helping Isaac throughout the process. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and just as easy to work with. What's even more impressive is that **we handled almost the entire purchase through text messages and phone calls**, and they made everything seamless from start to finish.
When it came time to complete the paperwork, **Alejandro "Alex" Ruvalcaba** took great care of us. He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel pressured. I actually told my wife before we arrived that I wasn't buying any of the additional protection products. But Alex took the time to explain what each one actually covered and the value they provided. Because of the way he presented everything—without pressure, just honest information—we ended up purchasing several of them and left feeling confident that we made the right decision.
From beginning to end, everyone at Sam Pack's Five Star Ford treated us with honesty, professionalism, and respect. If you're looking for a dealership that truly values its customers, I highly recommend giving them a chance.
