Every IntelAlign scale pad starts as a block of aluminum and a tight tolerance.
The IntelAlign scale pads are machined in-house, made in the USA. Same building where we answer your emails.
That pad is the part your corner weights live on. Set the car down and IntelAlign reads it straight to the iPad: weight per corner, cross weight, totals, live. The reason those numbers stay honest is that the pad feeding them is held to our own standard. When we machine the reference and write the software that reads it, nothing gets lost in between.
That’s the whole idea. A connected pad that captures the setup and repeats it, corner to corner, every session.
