Another job in and out, another happy customer. We did half the job with no power in the shop because of that big wind storm. Clutch swap, oil change and fixed a few odds and ends on a 06 cobalt, big job. Had to pull the the crank pully and the timing cover to get enough wiggle room for it to come off the input shaft. We got it though.

We got the rocker covers put on, injection pump put back in, timing cover, water pump, swapped oil cooler lines, brand new flywheel, clutch, and pressure plate. A/C bracket and pump put on. Starting to look like an engine again

New injectors and fuel lines installed

New timing chain and gears installed. Replaced head bolts with studs. New head gaskets. Heads all cleaned up and reinstalled. Making progress

Next shop project. GMC 3500 turbo diesel. Rebuilding a 6.5 and swapping it in. Got the engine all torn down and ready to pull on day one. Pulled the front clip as well.
