This is a great testimonial on how kind our employees including the upper management go above and beyond the call of duty and lead our team by example.
My wife and I attended the Immersive Van Gogh exhibit in Pittsburgh. Being a Pitt football weekend as well, parking was at a premium and D and P was adjusting parking spaces on the fly. I happened to park in an employee section, and one of the owners was patient and kind in telling me I had to park elsewhere. No gruffness or impatience, even though he and his workers were stressed. I moved my vehicle to one of the farthest spots from the venue, and because of a recent injury to my knee, I was using crutches to walk in the drizzle to the exhibit.I didn't have a handicapped sign for my vehicle, since I am not permanently hurt. That same owner saw me doing the best I could to make my way, when he stopped his vehicle to tell me that he would wait while my wife retrieved our vehicle, and he would then lead us to a handicapped spot at the front of the building!! Did I hear him correctly! Even today I am amazed, floored, but especially grateful for such kindness, personableness and unselfish service. Things were crazy and he still gave personal care for which I am especially grateful because it began raining when we re-parked at the venue. I would have been hobbling in the rain and soaked for the day, if not for such kindness. I believe it was the owner David Jason who helped us. He didn't tell someone else to help. HE HELPED! Every one of the other D and P workers on site were also overwhelmingly kind. I wish I could have tipped each of them. I am hoping this testimonial will encourage other customers to not think twice about a valet service. D and P - make them your first choice. You will not regret that choice. Thank you David. If I was younger, I would come and work for someone with integrity like yours. Deepest thanks. Rob and Joy Grandi
