A unique aero-inspired Hispano-Suiza was awarded the top prize at the 2025 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. 🏆

This year, 229 cars—including 55 international entries from 22 countries and 174 US entries from 31 states—pulled onto the competition field, and the car named Best of Show was a 1924 Hispano-Suiza H6C Nieuport-Astra Torpedo shown by Penny and Lee Anderson Sr. of Naples, Florida.

“This Hispano-Suiza ticks every possible box,” said Concours Chairman Sandra Button. “The underpinnings are technically advanced. The body is meticulously hand-crafted, light, and lovely. It was, notably, commissioned by aperitif scion André Dubonnet, and he raced it in both the Targa Florio and the Coppa Florio.

The 1974 Porsche 914 LE 2.0 is a rare and distinctive version of Porsche’s mid-engined sports car, built to celebrate the brand’s racing success in the Can-Am series. Known as the “Limited Edition” or “Can-Am” 914, it was offered in two bold color schemes: “Creamsicle” (white with orange accents) and “Bumblebee” (black with yellow accents). Equipped with a 2.0-liter flat-four engine producing 95 horsepower and a 5-speed manual transmission, the car delivered nimble handling and excellent balance, thanks to its lightweight mid-engine layout. With only 1,000 units produced, the 914 LE 2.0 has become a highly collectible classic, admired for its unique styling, rarity, and connection to Porsche’s motorsport heritage.
