BEWARE!!!!!

July 1st safelite solution took over the billing for State Farm Glass claims. Safelite solutions is affiliated with Safelite. It’s been brought to our attention that they are telling agents and customers we are not in there system or affiliated. This is FALSE!!! We have been affiliated and set up to direct bill all State Farm claims for over 15 years. When this transition happens all independent glass shops were removed. These FALSE claims is a way to have all worked Steered to Safelite.
You have a right to choose a glass repair shop. If you need help setting up a claim please contact our shop and we will set the claim up with you over the phone. We will make sure you get the customer service you deserve. Yes we will and can direct bill ALL insurance companies. Please be patient with us as we navigate this process in dealing with the issue Safelite Solutions are causing us.
