Be carful who you let maintenance your fleet this customer has 150,000 mile on there 2022 F-750 he called us because there on site maintenance company told them they had a oil leak coming from the valve covers and it needed to go to the dealer .
During our Digital vehicle I section (DVI) we noticed that it was only leaking from the crank case ventilation filter (CVV) we also found the oil level to be 3.5 quarts over full on oil
We continued with our dvi and noticed when checking the transmission fluid level the transmission fluid looked black like engine oil and smelled Burnt we proceeded by providing a estimate for a full on service to include fuel filter oil change with oil filter and a transmission service followed with a (TSB) tech service bulletin for a 22e04 reprogram power train control module pcm transmission control module after reprogramming we were able to verify the repairs to get this customer back on the road and back to work in a 72 hour turn around

Followed by customer states fuel filters were just replaced but for piece of mind change them again to verify the repairs

Don't let some provide you a service that's not being done correctly or not being done at all
