Gagnon's Auto & RV Sales, Inc. has an immediate opening for a full-time Service Advisor/Warranty Administrator. Pay comesurate with experience. GM training is a plus. We are seeking a self-motivated, friendly, hard-working person to join our team. This is a fast-paced environment with high standards for work quality and customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance.
Duties include, but are not limited to:

•Fielding all Service Department phone calls and scheduling appointments.
•Verifies warranty and service contract coverage.
•Prepare repair orders.
•Work with customers to ensure they are satisfied.

Gagnon's Auto & RV Sales, Inc. has an immediate opening for a full-time Light-Duty Automotive Technician. This position involves oil changes and tire changes on light duty trucks, cars, SUV's and vans. We primarily work on GM vehicles but also service competitive make vehicles. The Light-Duty Automotive Technician is responsible for doing light vehicle service on a variety of cars and trucks in an efficient and professional manner. The Light-Duty Automotive Technician must be a team player that takes pride in their work and puts the needs of the customer as a top priority.
