Raawis Cars Auction Buying Service
Raawis Cars offers an auction-buying service where customers tell us the vehicle they are looking for and their budget, and we assist in locating and bidding on vehicles through reputable auctions.
Commission Structure:
$600 commission for any vehicle purchased below $5,000
$1,200 commission for any vehicle purchased below $10,000
$1,500 commission for any vehicle purchased below $20,000
$2,000 commission for any vehicle purchased above $20,000
Proof of funds is required before any vehicle is bid on. All auction purchase prices, applicable taxes, title fees, transportation costs, and Raawis Cars commission will be disclosed to the buyer.
All sales are strictly AS IS. Once a bid is placed and accepted, there are no returns, cancellations, or arbitration requests after the bid. The mechanical condition of the vehicle is solely the buyer’s responsibility. Raawis Cars does not provide any warranty or guarantee on the vehicle’s condition.
Raawis Cars will make reasonable efforts to bid only on vehicles with clean titles and vehicles that appear to have no known major mechanical issues based on the auction listing and available information. However, auction vehicles may have unknown defects, and the buyer accepts all risks associated with purchasing a vehicle from auction.
By authorizing Raawis Cars to bid on a vehicle, the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions.
