It’s been an interesting week to say the least.
I want to give a huge thanks to the amazing team that works here at Novus. You guys are always up for the adventure that Autoglass and life puts in front of you. I’m proud to call you my family my brothers and I would go into battle with you any day.

This is a tough time for all of us as a community. Here at Novus we only have two concerns: Keep employees and customers safe, and lay no one off.

Our office is closed but our mobile vans are running. We offer windshield repair and replacement without human interaction. Our technicians wear Nitrile gloves and disinfect anything they touch. You can schedule and pay over the phone.

We are cutting our prices until this virus is behind us. Profit margins are not our concern, so much as simply keeping our guys and gals working. We will match our competitor’s prices and waive all mobile fees.

Tis the season. Large trucks are dumping little rocks all over our roads to keep us safe in the ice and snow. The unfortunate side effect being... Rock chips in our windshields. When moisture and chemicals get into those small chips or a sudden change in temperature from blasting your defrosters hits them, those small chips become big cracks.
