Leading Edge Auto Care is looking for an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician with advanced diagnostic and electrical repair experience to join our growing team.
This is NOT an entry-level or general maintenance position. We're looking for a technician who is confident diagnosing complex vehicle issues across all makes and models and can accurately identify and repair electrical, drivability, and engine concerns.
What We're Looking For:
🔹 Advanced diagnostic experience is REQUIRED
🔹 Strong electrical diagnostic and repair skills on all makes and models
🔹 Experience with engine performance and drivability diagnostics
🔹 Ability to diagnose concerns without relying on parts swapping
🔹 Ability to work independently and efficiently
🔹 Professional attitude with pride in quality workmanship
🔹 ASE Certifications are a plus, but proven experience is what matters most
