Nobody wants to sit in hard, plastic chairs while they wait for their laundry. Now we have:
✔️Laundry folding tables
✔️Comfy chairs
✔️Cashless washer/dryers that send you notifications when your load is done
✔️Snacks that are just a little too convenient

Happy National Snake Day 🐍

We live in Florida. That means beaches and sun, but also means a plethora of reptiles. This little guy was waiting patiently for our office to open after one of our movie nights. In the summer, snakes move about more in the evenings to avoid the high heat of the afternoons. Luckily this one was just a harmless ribbon snake, but there’s always the possibility that he was a little more.

Snakes play an important part in our ecosystem, but not at the expense of any of our 4 legged or 2 legged friends. Please report any potentially dangerous animals to management via the app, email or phone.
