🖤🩶THANK YOU!!!!
After some much needed sleep and time to reflect on Monday’s Labor Day Car Show we wanted to give everyone in attendance a HUGE thank you!
First, thank you to Chris May and Bethel Christian Academy for letting us use your parking lots. You can’t have a car show without partners who trust you to be good stewards of their space.
Second, our amazing vendors and DJ Burr that took a leap of faith when we spoke with you and begged you to come out. It’s scary to spend money on food, supplies and travel for an event that you have never been to. But, you did it anyway and this show wouldn’t have been the same without you.
Third, thank you to everyone, near and far that brought your cars out to the show. We had 200+ cars show up, making this car show arguably the biggest that has ever been in Canton. For that we are so thankful! We can not wait to see you next year!
Fourth, our spectators. For those of you that didn’t bring a car but still came out to enjoy them, the food, the friends, the neighbors. You put the cherry on top.
And lastly, but certainly not least. Our people. Our guys, our friends and our family that show up and follow us off the cliff when we start to have crazy ideas like putting on a car show when we haven’t even re-opened after the flood. We would have been dead in the water without you, thank you for always believing in us.
We were overwhelmed and humbled at the response we saw on Monday, never thinking we’d draw 100 cars much less over 200. Yeah, we had perfect weather, but we’d like to think that our community needed this car show. We needed a reason to be together, to smile, to laugh, and to enjoy the downtown area of this tiny little town we all love so much. The last three years have been hard, but this community continues to rise above every single challenge and we are so proud to be a part of that.
Until next year….or maybe sooner 😉
