Just a reminder. A test drive and rack the car to look at it is $50.00. If we have to plug the scan tool in to a vehicle its $100.00 for diagnostics. If you deny the repairs these charges apply. If you do the repairs we wipe out the diagnostic charge. Tools, time, knowledge and overhead head isn't free. I had to remind a customer about this today after they denied the repairs.
