We are seeing a trend here. 👀

Customers aren’t necessarily buying newer cars. They’re taking better care of the one they already have.

When you have a vehicle that runs well, you know its history, and you’re comfortable with it, there’s a lot of value in keeping it in good condition instead of automatically feeling like you need to replace it.

Sometimes your vehicle doesn’t need to be replaced. It needs a deep clean.

We’ve had customers bring us vehicles they’ve owned for years, and after a deep interior and exterior detail, they tell us they feel like they’re driving a completely different car.

A local family bought a car from a private seller and ran into a huge issue: an overwhelming odor permeating the interior that they couldn't eliminate. This customer worked alongside Maria to pull the Carfax and let her know everything Ruben needed to verify this vehicle wasn’t a flood vehicle.

We were essentially walking in blind, and having a customer willing to work alongside us to get to the bottom of the odor made us want to go even further above and beyond!

Restoration work now makes up nearly 40% of our monthly schedule at The Bubble Boys, which is why our feed is packed with dramatic transformations instead of pristine garage queens. We want you to know that no matter what your interior looks like, you can bring it to us judgment-free. We have never turned a vehicle away!

Taking on these massive jobs means setting realistic expectations right from the start.

Case in point: During our morning walk-around with this customer today, we pointed out this yellow stain on her light leather and explained the physical limits of safe leather care. Ruben carefully worked on the seat without using harsh chemicals that would compromise it. As soon as we confirmed the stain was set deep in the material, we gave her a quick update.

Her response? She immediately thanked us for letting her know.

Transparency is at the forefront of everything we do.

Ruben found something under the seats that made us question this car’s entire history…

This yellow Scion was recently purchased by our customer’s son, but there was one problem:

A smell that wouldn’t go away.

The cabin air filter had already been changed, so Ruben started digging deeper.

Then he found it…

Mold. Mud. Dirt. Debris.

Under the seats.

That immediately made us ask: Was this a flood car?

Before taking the restoration any further, we had the customer pull the CARFAX.

Thankfully, it wasn’t.

And honestly, if it had been, we wouldn’t have felt comfortable taking their money. That’s not how we do business.

Now Ruben is taking on the challenge of bringing this yellow beauty back to life.

This family trusted us with a vehicle that clearly has a story.

This 2005 4Runner Got the Spa Treatment 🫧

Ruben was extremely impressed with its condition for being over 20 years old. It’s clear that the owner takes pride in keeping his 4Runner well cared for.
