We’re excited to welcome you this weekend and wanted to pass along some helpful info to make your visit as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

🚗 CAR SHOW DETAILS – Sunday

This year, we’ve moved the car show to the north side of 5th Street (Highway 18) to give you more shade and a better overall experience!

Getting There:

Coming from the west (or if you miss the first entrance from the east):
Turn north on N. Cedar St. (by Dakota Wash/Pump N Pak), then go 1 block and turn right on W. 4th Street.
Coming from the east:
Turn north on N. Lincoln St., go 1 block, and turn left onto E. 4th Street.
Look for our volunteers in blue shirts – they’ll guide you from there.

Parking Tips:
Please help us fill the south ends of N. Main and N. Broadway first (closest to the courthouse).
Park diagonally to keep things neat and organized.

Registration Tent:
Park first, then head to the registration station.
Located on the east side of the Canton Public Library.
Two lines: one for pre-registered vehicles, and one for day-of registration.
Pre-registration is free and can be done at the following link. We appreciate you letting us know ahead of time that you plan on coming. Pre-registration will be closing at noon on Friday. https://forms.gle/QB78tdR3F9mc8vLK9

What’s Happening:

Kids Zone in Jack Fox Park – with inflatables
Live music in the park & food trucks (on N. Main between 4th & 5th).

Beer garden (wristband required – open container rules apply).
No outside beverages or coolers, please.

🎉 SATURDAY FUN – July 26th

Make it a full weekend! Saturday is packed with family-friendly events:

11 AM – Parade (starts at N. Milwaukee & 5th St., goes down Main St.)
11:30–4 – Saturday in the Park
Food, vendors, DJ Moses, inflatables, Mr. Twister, face painting
Touch-a-Truck (11:30–1), Canton Cheer Dunk Tank (2–4)
Rock Swap – 10–5 at Bethany Reformed Church
Classic Car Poker Run – 2–6 (Sign up at Noid’s from 1–2 | $20/hand)
Mini Water Fights (Noon) & Department Showdowns (1 PM)
Hosted by the Canton Volunteer Fire Dept.
Saturday Night:

Cruise Night – 6–10 PM on 5th Street (Hwy 18)
Check out Sioux Valley Grille (reservations recommended), or grab a bite from:
The Hangover Hut & Dakota Snow (N. Main, west of the courthouse)
Rib Feed by the Canton Ministerial – $10/plate at the Methodist Church lot
